Same vets two surgeries.
Very good , friendly have time to talk, if they unsure they will always talk to the most senior vet on duty. Nursing staff are more like friends than nurses. bit expensive but for the service well worth it.
My Fuzzies spend more time in the back or in the reception, nursing staff's arms than in the waiting room. Even the vets let them type up thier own notes. Well with my gang they have no choice.
