ferret friendly vet in Central Scotland
Just had my hob, Rufus, castrated and the vet was excellent.
He is based at Avongrove Veterinary Clinic in Larkhall 10 miles south of Glasgow just off the M74. tel no. 01698 887920.
It cost me £62, dont know if this is good deal or not but Rufus fine and thats the important thing.

Re: ferret friendly vet in Central Scotland
Hi,
I got my hob done in March at the Riverside Vets in Livingston. There's also one in Bathgate.

I paid £52 for Oscar to be "done" and I got him back same day and he was fine.
Glad to see there are a few ferret friendly vets around.

Oak Tree Veterinary Clinic in Edinburgh i found to be outstanding with all of my fuzzies, Malcome clearly really knows his stuff (as he should) other vets haven't been as co-operative as far as the ferrets go, would highly recommend him for anybody in the area!

Ark vetinary centre in Coatbridge are good. One of the vets called Madonna used to have ferrets herself which is a bonus.
£9.50 for the jill jab compared to over £30 anywhere else.
